Wellness Center we focus on proper posture
alignment with functional movements.
This includes evaluation of Gait, Functional
Core, Shoulder Dysfunctions and Cervical,
Thoracic, Lumbar and Pelvic Alignment.
For the beginner to the elite athlete.
Up2Speed training combines explosive
strength training techniques along with a
rehabilitation therapy approach to create a
faster, stronger, more balanced athlete.
Hand-eye coordination drills, plyometrics,
speed training and cutting edge resistance
training techniques are all implemented into
an athletes training regiment in order to
increase performance, thus decreasing
injury. Using modern medical
approaches, workouts are designed specific
to age, gender, sport, position and
function. For the individual who has a
goal for better health and wellness.
